Long Days Ahead

Today's General Knowledge Question:
What is the difference between an African elephant and an Asian elephant?
[Answered by Song Lin: African elephants have larger ears than Asian elepants.]

I've always complained how we have so few periods on Tuesday. I think God heard my complains and that is why we had eight periods, one after the other, today! OK I love you Gs but eight periods with you really tire me out!

You may notice that I haven't been giving you homework this week. The change of timetable is the reason why! I have so much time with you that what is meant to be your homework, becomes classwork.

I would like to thank Christine, Jolyn, Gina, Jie Ling and Pei Xuan for coming in the morning to help me put up some of the presentation posters. These girls are sweet but very very annoying. They would start talking to me all at once about completely different things and I felt like my head was going to explode!

This is also true for most of you. You would come to me and ask me so many different things that I feel like I can faint on the spot. So don't be surprised if one of these days, I will truly faint.

Today, we had our Division test. I am pretty confident that there will be a lot of you scoring full marks because it was a very easy paper. If there isn't more than five scoring full marks, I will be very upset and when I'm upset, I type up worksheets and torture you with them.

However, some mad individuals in 3G claim that they love doing worksheets and that they can do it forever. These are the people who would cheer "YAY!!!" whenever I give out worksheets to do... (-_-") I do not understand you... You complain about homework but cheer when there are worksheets...

Then we had our animal sketches [SCIENCE] of killer whale [mammal], bald eagle [bird] and salmon [fish]. When it came to the bird, I noticed a lot of funny drawings. For example, Alex's looked like a toucan, Fernanda's wore a little hat with a flower [?!!?!], Leeroy's looked like a baby chick and Shawn drew one that looked like a turtle... How can a bald eagle resemble a turtle? I don't know...

To end this, I would like to state one good thing and one bad thing.
The bad news is two of our classmates embarrassed the class by being caught talking after recess by Mrs Goh. One of them was even a prefect. I was very disappointed. I have told you time and again, in 3G, we are among the best, not only in studies but in behaviour. Every time one of you misbehaves and get caught by other teachers, you fail the class and you fail yourself. You fail me. Be proud of being in 3G. Remember our identity. We are among the best. Act like it.

The good news is, one art teacher walked by our class and saw our art displays. She was impressed by it and told me about it today. I was very proud when she told me that your art work are exceptional (meaning very well done).

See you tomorrow.

today's science was so cool.
I like the killer whale.
after I had drawn finish,I drew another baby killer whale.
I was not so good at drawing the bald eagle.
The first time I draw the bald eagle, Miss Hidayah said that it look like a penguin.
So funny><
When i was doing the second math worksheet, I compete with Miss Hidayah. At last I win her. I was very shocked.Yay!
And my group gain 100 points.
bye bye!
thats all for today.

OHHH! I forgot about the Math thing! Yes!

Wen Xin and I competed who can finish the C-A division worksheet first and he won.

No, you must not look down on me! He had a head start. I started on Qn 1 when he was already at Qn 6. [There were 8 questions]

I ALMOST won because I was at Qn 7 but he finished Qn 8 and claimed his victory.

Well done, Wen Wen. It seems I have to withdraw my claim... I am not three times as fast as you but only two times... :D
