Cold Under The Sun

Assignment:
English Activity Unit 3, Activity 8, 9.
Math 1 Exercise Book (For those who did not manage to complete their work just now)

At the start of the day, the Gs made me angry because some of them just refuse to behave!

The day was pretty simple since I simply revised Money with them and made them practise their addition and subtraction. I made them calculate mentally without the help of working and I was surprised they could do it without much trouble. Division Test was well done. Half the class had full marks!

While going around to check on their work, Ashley asked me a strange question. She said, 'Miss Hidayah, why is it that when I am in the hot sun, I will feel cold?'
I said, 'Are you sick?'
She said, 'No! Pei Xuan also feels like that!'

At this point I was puzzled as to why someone can feel cold under the very hot sun. So I went to Pei Xuan and asked her if this was true for her too and she said yes! So did Song Lin and Gina! Now I noticed that the girls who agreed to this strange claim are the girls who are cheeky in class so I asked Fernanda and like I predicted, she said, that there can be no way one can feel cold under the hot hot hot sun!

I was unsatisfied still so I asked Sindhuja, Sze Kaye, Anne, Jolyn, Divya and some others. Just like I suspected, only the cheeky and annoying girls like Jolyn agree that when she stands in the sun, she feels so hot then it's suddenly cold! More sensible girls like Sindhuja and Anne said that such a thing is impossible!

Crazy girls... :D I rest my case. One cannot feel cold under the hot sun... It is just wild claims by 3G's crazy girls... :D

English was fun. We learned about pronouns with relation to first/second/third person and also the use of 'like' and 'enjoy'. There was a lot of class participation.

Today I switched Elroy's and Bryan's place as Group Wisdom was not able to take Elroy's misbehaviour... Elroy is now in Group Hope so I Hope he learns his lesson. Bryan Buttman the World Conquerer was slightly upset but then he adjusted easily. [Did you know he wants to take over the world? And that he is a mutant?]

Anyway, I want to type of more things as a lot of things happened today but my computer is being used by my sister and my brother is demanding to have his computer back. So goodnight and see you tomorrow!
